Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to CoachingSheba through SSLCommerz are generally non-refundable.

Once a subscription is activated, fees are considered earned and cannot be refunded for partial usage.

2. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
• Cancellation stops future auto-renewal charges.
• Current billing period access will remain active until it expires.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate or incorrect payment charged
• Service not delivered due to a verified technical failure

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used through SSLCommerz.

Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days.
